Company is a special purpose vehicle which was incorporated on September 21, 2016, for the purpose of Four laning of Phagwara to Rupnagar section of NH-344A from Km 0.00 (Design Chainage) to Km. 80.820 (Design Chainage) in the state of Punjab on Hybrid Annuity Mode in accordance with the terms and conditions of the concession agreement dated October 5, 2016 entered between the Company and NHAI to record the terms and conditions and inter se rights and obligations of the Company and NHAI in relation to the concession.
